Music at Nativity

Music is presented in a variety of different shapes and forms, all being an integral part of the worship experience here at Nativity!

Nativity Choir

Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 7:00 - 8:00pm

Chancel Choir helps lead the 10:30 service on Sunday mornings. This group offers a great opportunity to learn and perform a variety of sacred music. Choir members come from a wide variety of musical backgrounds. New members are always welcome! Come out and give us a try!

Acoustic Music Group

Rehearsals: As needed throughout the year

The Acoustic Music Group is a volunteer group of Nativity disciples who are interested in adding a different music offering to worship. The group is made up of: vocals, guitars, flute, trumpet, keyboard, and stand-up bass. This group performed regularly for our 8:45am Outdoor Worship Service this summer and plays periodically throughout the year. Do you play an instrument or are interested in singing in this group? Contact our Director of Worship and Music, Ed Hauck, at music@nativityarden.org to learn when the next rehearsal will be! Don’t have an instrument but would like to try? Nativity has a few instruments to loan out, if so! We hope you will join us!

Nativity Brass

Rehearsals: As needed throughout the year.

Nativity has a history of having a full brass ensemble made up of disciples who attended. We are currently trying to put this group back together. If you play a brass instrument and would like to perform for festival Sundays such as: Easter, Reformation, Christ the King, and Christmas Eve, contact our Director of Worship and Music, Ed Hauck, at music@nativityarden.org
